Subway Restaurant Manager Full Time

Key Responsibilities1. Operational Management

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Maintain Subway brand standards in food preparation, cleanliness, and presentation.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

2. Team Leadership

• Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive work environment.
• Create and manage employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
• Conduct team meetings to provide guidance, feedback, and performance evaluations.

3. Customer Service

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and resolving issues promptly.
• Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the dining experience.

4. Financial Management

• Manage the restaurant’s budget, track expenses, and control costs.
• Analyze sales reports to identify trends and implement strategies to meet sales targets.
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and reduce waste.

5. Marketing and Promotions

• Assist in executing local marketing initiatives to increase foot traffic and sales.
• Implement in-store promotions and upselling strategies to maximize revenue.

Skills and Qualifications Essential:

• Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in quick-service restaurants.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a team effectively and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
• Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
• Proficient in basic financial management and reporting.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with Subway operations and POS systems.
• Experience in inventory management and stock control.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 – Rs35,000.00 per month
