Phone Banking Officer-(Customer Support) Full Time

Fulcrum Pvt. Ltd. is looking for the “Phone Banking Officer” position for one of its leading clients in the banking sector.

Brief Job Description:

· To ensure phone calls and listen to customer’s questions and concerns

· To ensure customers have questions about Bank products and try to solve any problems they might have following Bank’s procedures.

Experience: Fresh or 1 years experience

Rotational Shift Only For Males / Females will have morning shift only

Education: Graduation is a must in any field and Degree/Certificate you should have.

Age Limit: Maximum up to 29 years.

Shifts: Rotational (Morning, Evening & Night).

Gender: Male/ Female

Note:

· Candidate must have his own conveyance

· Should be willing to work rotational shifts ( morning, evening, night)

· Bachelors Complete ( degree or transcript needed)

· Anyone enrolled in Masters’ program will not be entertained

· Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply for the position

Pay: Rs37,000.00 – Rs45,000.00 per month
